It depends on your exact requirements – if you have a requirement for accommodation from 1 to 8/10 people, this can be accommodated in a jackleg unit that is transported to site and placed onto the ground and you move in.
Modular Buildings are used to accommodate larger numbers of people for example classrooms, traning rooms, medical centres etc. The building is transported to site in a series of modules that are then joined together to form an overall building.
Anti Vandal buildings are suitable for areas where security may be an issue or for construction companies who may relocate units from site to site.
We offer purchase, rental contracts and lease purchase options.
Again, this depends on your requirements, if you have a short requirement for temporary accommodation, planning permission may not be necessary. If your requirement is for a school extension for a particular duration of time, permission may not be necessary. On the other hand, if you have a large scale project that would be on site for a considerable time, planning permission may be necessary.
Your building will be delivered by truck and trailer and off loaded by means of a driver operated truck mounted crane.

Yes, we offer a complete turnkey package including, site fencing, site clearance foundation, baseworks, connection to all services, steps, ramps and railings.
Yes, if your project requires Fire Safety Certification, we can organise the process from start to finish by either taking the complete project and handling it on your behalf or as an alternative working closely with your consultant.
Yes, we have our own dedicated drawing and design office. We will produce a full set of plans, elevations and 3D visualisations for your review and we can send these to you in either hard or soft copy.
We provide a free site survey with no obligation. We will advise on access, orientation of the building of your site, connection to services etc.
Yes, we always carry a large stock of new and used buildings for sale. We have an extensive rental fleet available for immediate delivery and we can manufacture any size building to suit your specific requirements usually within 3 to 4 working weeks.
Yes, we are an approved and major supplier to the Department of Education and Science. All our buildings are compliant with their technical guidance documents and meet all statutory and building regulations.
