This modular unit was built for a local school, a two-storey steel-framed building with a simple, functional layout. It has open-plan rooms, a central stair core, toilets and a small kitchenette. The unit features durable and easy to clean flooring, longer windows for additional sunlight along with windowed doors. It was designed for flexibility, safety, and quick installation.
