We aim to make the process as simple as possible. Firstly we meet you at your school and identify the proposed location for your new building. Our experienced staff will determine the suitability of the location and offer you advice and support with regard to all aspects of your requirements. We will conduct an initial design and specification meeting on site, at which we will specify the type of building that’s right for you, offer you various options on layout, design etc.
Following on from this site visit, we will prepare a detailed proposal with various options complete with design drawings for you to study. We offer options on Fire certification & Planning applications as part of our package or as an alternative, we can work closely with your consultant to resolve these issues.
If your project is taking place during school holidays, we will collect a key to your school and invite you to head off and enjoy your hard earned break!!
We will come to site and complete a turn-key package that involves site fencing, site clearance, foundation and baseworks, final connection to all services, steps, ramps and railings.
The actual building itself is delivered and installed early in the morning with minimal fuss and no disruption to the school or its neighbours. Once the building is installed we complete final connection to all services, steps, ramps and railings, footpaths etc.
Completed on time & within budget, the building is presented to the client in a turn-key condition by our professional on-site team.
We are an approved and major supplier to the Department of Education and Science. We offer a national service and would be pleased to bring you to a completed project near your school to show you the standard of our work.
