New Purpose Built Building for Speedpak Group, Dublin

We recently handed over a new 12M x 4.5M building to our first time client Speedpak Group of Clonshaugh Business & Technology Park in Dublin.

This building was purpose built to house the Shamrock Rosettes business of the client, manufactured off site, transported to site and lifted early in the morning over an existing building and into position by means of 200 tonne crane . Due to the width of the unit, the railings at the entrance to the business park had to be removed to gain access – a tight squeeze!
