As we all know, in the current climate, price is “all important!” To that end, over the last number of years we have taken to refurbishing existing buildings, either buildings that we have bought second hand or ex hire fleet units.

We have also taken a number of “two section” modular buildings and very successfully turned them into jackleg buildings.
For a refurbishment we undertake the following work:
- Total strip down of the interior of the building.
- New wall insulation.
- New internal wall finishes.
- Total reconfiguration of the internal layout if necessary.
- New electrics.
- Total repaint internally.
- New floor finishes.
- New PVC windows and doors if necessary.
- Total power wash and cleaning of the exterior of the unit.
- New jackleg’s, trims, corner posts etc.
- Redecoration of the exterior if necessary.
Result = a unit as good as new!
All refurbished units carry a six month warranty.
