A Jackleg unit is the simplest transportable answer to your accommodation needs. The steel jacklegs allow the unit to be placed onto almost any hard surface, and easily craned in or out of position.

The jackleg series ranges from 4' x 4' to 48' x 12', and can also be manufactured to fit any individual requirements. 

The jackleg series can be fitted out for any function - security, office, canteen, toilet/shower, lab, studio whatever your need.

Specification of Typical Jackleg Unit:

FLOOR: 18mm flooring on 125mm x 44mm 'Prevac' treated timber joists at 300mm centres. Internal floor finish may be vinyl or carpet.

WALLS: Rigid high impact resistant walls bolted to floor chassis for maximum structural strength. Maintenance free BSC colour coated steel exterior. Dense rigid polystyrene slab insulation of 95mm x 32mm framing. Plasterboard internal lining with vinyl emulsion paint finish or white plastisol steel internal finish.

CEILING: 12.5mm painted taped and jointed plasterboard finish. 150mm overceiling fibreglass insulation. 2.25M Internal ceiling height.

WINDOWS: 1067mm x 1067mm top opening vent single aluminium framed . Optional vertical blinds or exterior zinc plated mesh grilles.

DOORS: Aluminium framed entrance doors to match exterior wall panels . Internal Flush fitting doors.

ELECTRICS: Double sockets. 2kw electric convector heaters. 1500mm fluorescent tubes.

JACKLEG: Four or six Telescopic jacklegs fitted with lift eyes.
